We want everyone to be able to browse and shop offe market, including people who use assistive technology. We're working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we keep improving the site as we go.

What's on the site

• Accessibility menu. Click the accessibility icon in the bottom-left corner of any page to adjust text size, contrast, spacing and other display settings.
• Skip links. Keyboard users can press Tab when a page loads to jump straight to the main content.
• Keyboard and screen-reader support. We aim to build pages with standard, well-labeled HTML so they work with keyboards and common screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.

Known limitations

Some parts of the shopping experience, like product reviews, our returns portal and checkout, are run by third-party partners, and we can't always control how their tools behave. Some older pages and product photos may also be missing descriptions while we work through them.
