Shipping questions
When will my order ship?
Most orders leave us within 2–4 business days, and you'll get tracking by email as soon as yours is on its way. Orders placed over a weekend or holiday go out the next business day.
What does shipping cost?
Free within the U.S. on orders $80 and over. Under that it's typically $7–$9.50 depending on weight and where you live. International rates show at checkout.
Why did my order arrive in two boxes?
We ship from our Los Angeles store and our Tennessee warehouse, and some brands ship directly to you. If your order spans more than one of those it'll come in separate boxes, sometimes a day or two apart. You'll get tracking for each, and nothing's missing.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it.
Check with neighbors and around the building first, and give it 24 hours, as carriers occasionally scan early. If it still hasn't turned up, email help@offe.market and we'll take it from there.
My package is lost. What now?
Email help@offe.market and we'll file a carrier claim for you.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Email us straight away and we'll change it if the order hasn't been packed. Once it's shipped we can't reroute it.
