Refund policy

We accept returns of new, unworn and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Start your return at our Returns Center and follow the steps.

Return costs

Returns within the U.S. are a flat $10. Exchanges and store credit are free. You'll get a prepaid shipping label in the Returns Center, and the $10 fee is taken out of your refund.

Exchanges and store credit are free within 14 days of delivery. Choose either one when you start your return in the Returns Center.

Refunds

Once your return reaches us and is checked, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.

Final sale

Items marked FINAL SALE can't be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email help@offe.market within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or a refund, even on final sale items.

Good to know

• We allow one return shipment per order, so please pack and ship all your returns together.
• We don't accept international returns at this time.
