Warehouse Associate

Location: Clarksville, TN
Type: Full-time, on-site
As a Warehouse Associate you're at the center of everything that moves through our building — receiving product from our brand partners, getting customer orders out the door, and keeping our inventory accurate so the site reflects what we actually have on the shelf.

What you'll do

  • Receive inbound inventory from brand partners: unload, verify against packing lists, and flag discrepancies or damages
  • Ticket, sort, and put away incoming product so it's easy to find and pull
  • Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on time
  • Keep inventory correct through cycle counts, audits, and prompt system updates
  • Process customer returns and get sellable product back into stock quickly
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Pitch in on special projects — brand launches, photo pulls, and seasonal volume pushes

What we're looking for

  • Detail-oriented — you notice when a count is off
  • Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Dependable and communicative; you show up and flag issues early
  • Basic comfort with computers, scanners, or inventory software (we'll train you on our systems)
  • Warehouse, fulfillment, retail stockroom, or 3PL experience is a plus, not a requirement
